A. Transfer:

Subject to a $75 transfer fee, Customer may transfer event enrollment for “Alchemist Mastery” one (1) time only from the originally purchased event date to the next available date customer must do so prior to the start of the originally purchased event date by notifying Alchemist Nation in writing by email at billing@alchemistnation.com. Enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis determined by the date of enrollment. If Customer chooses to transfer, Customer will relinquish priority standing in the event for which Customer enrolled.

B. Default:

Customer’s account must be current under the terms of this Agreement before start of each event. If Customer does not pay by the agreed upon dates of selected event, then Customer will be considered to be in default of this Agreement and Customer’s participation in and event/coaching sessions will not be available until the account becomes current. If the account remains in default for 30 days, this Agreement will be cancelled, and Alchemist Nation will reserve the right to collect Damages Fees as set forth in 3(e) below.

C. Cancellation:

Customer may cancel this transaction within seventy-two (72) hours without penalty or obligation by submitting to Alchemist Nation written notice prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this agreement and prior to the commencement of this event. Notice must be emailed to billing@alchemistnation.com. Refunds will be issued within 30 days based on original method of payment.

D. No-Show:

No refund will be provided if Customer fails to both 1) attend the confirmed event within the time period allotted and 2) obtain advance written consent from Alchemist Nation.

E. Damages Fee:

Because it would be extremely difficult and impractical to assess actual damages suffered by Alchemist Nation in the event Customer defaults after having attended, participated or received any portion of this package, any Customer refund will be reduced by 50%.
